If IBM can incorporate the outstanding search and matching capability of Initiate they will be a powerhouse. If not, they will eff it up.

Also - you're right on point about Initiate's people, hopefully their package to stay at IBM will be large enough that they don't loose the best ones - i.e. like with Ascential and DWL.

Nice write up Jill and neatly sums up the relationship between Initiate and its customers. Also neatly sums up IBM challenge and one does wonder if they are up to it.
